Digital Mala

Choose your mantra, then tap the mala once for each repetition. It keeps count for you, just like moving a bead with your thumb.

How to practise japa

  1. Sit comfortably with a straight spine and take a few slow breaths. Set an intention for your practice.
  2. Choose a mantra that is meaningful to you, and say it aloud, as a whisper, or silently in the mind.
  3. Tap once at the end of each repetition. Let the rhythm settle with your breath; there is no hurry.
  4. When a mala is complete, pause for a moment of stillness before you begin the next.
